Obsessed with building smarter people experiences
A decade of growth — shaped by classrooms in Honduras, cobblestones in Berlin, and every milestone in between. Each chapter added a new dimension to how I think about people, work, and what truly matters.
Graduated with a Bachelor's in Industrial Psychology. Began my HR career at a local Honduran company, gaining my first hands-on experience in people operations and organizational development.
Joined Huawei as a Human Resources Specialist (Compensation & Benefits) — the start of my international HR career, working with a global tech giant and learning the business of people at scale.
Joined the U.S. Embassy as a Human Resources Assistant — a career-defining experience that sharpened my understanding of multicultural workplaces and diplomatic employee relations.
Added a financial lens to my HR toolkit. Understanding the business side of people decisions became a superpower.
Moved to Germany. Earned an MSc in International Business Management. Berlin changed me — the culture, the energy, the people.
Worked as a Human Resources Consultant, building people operations infrastructure for a growing real estate firm. Systems, culture, and community — all at once.
Served as Payroll Supervisor, overseeing compensation operations across global teams and ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless employee experience.
Leading People Ops remotely as HR Lead Specialist with a sharp focus on employee experience, onboarding excellence, and HR tech innovation.
Earned a Certificate in Higher Education Training — because the love of learning never stops. Teaching others is one of my greatest joys.

Forget job descriptions — here's what actually gets me out of bed. I'm drawn to the moments where a thoughtful system, a well-designed learning path, or a seamless onboarding journey makes someone feel genuinely seen and set up to thrive.
Designing moments that make people feel welcomed, valued, and excited to contribute — from Day 1 to every milestone after.
Building Rippling Learning courses, structured learning paths, and knowledge libraries that people actually use and love.
Turning first impressions into lasting connections. A great onboarding experience is the foundation of everything that follows.
Automating the repetitive so we can focus on the human. SOPs, workflows, and intelligent systems that scale without losing soul.
Finding the friction, removing it, and building cleaner systems — because good processes are invisible and great ones feel like freedom.
Thriving across time zones, cultures, and contexts. Building bridges between people who've never met in person but work as one.
The best HR professionals are also fully-rounded humans. My curiosity doesn't clock out at 5 PM — it fuels everything I bring to work. From stadium seats to cinema aisles, from gym mornings to coffee chats, these experiences shape how I connect, listen, and lead.
My wife, Eva, is my greatest partner in life, my biggest supporter, trusted advisor, and the person with whom I've shared some of life's most meaningful milestones. Together, we've embraced new experiences, different cultures, and every chapter of our journey with curiosity and gratitude.

Live performance - from Broadway-style shows to local theater - to cinema keeps me attuned to storytelling, emotion, and human nuance.
Football, baseball, and the gym keep me grounded. Team sports remind me that great culture and great teamwork are basically the same thing.
I'm passionate about continuous learning and exploring how technology can improve the way we work, learn, and solve everyday challenges.
I believe great employee experiences begin with empathy, curiosity, and continuous learning. My goal has never been to build perfect systems — it's been to build environments where real people feel genuinely welcomed, deeply supported, and fully empowered to do their best work.
Whether I'm designing an onboarding journey for a new hire halfway across the world or crafting a learning path that makes someone's career click — the philosophy is always the same: people first, always.
Every system I build starts by asking: how does this feel to the person living it?
I read widely, experiment often, and believe the best ideas come from unexpected places.
Three degrees and counting. Learning isn't a phase — it's a lifestyle.
Lived across continents. Works across time zones. Thinks without borders.
